Hello there.

Hi, I’m Deb.

I built my business piece by piece, mistake by mistake, until I got to be in the top 1% of realtors, nationwide. Now, I’m taking this broad range of experiences, from which I have created a series of talks and coaching points, on the road to a seminar near you.

I began my Real Estate career as a Sales Associate in 2005, right as Michigan slid into the pre-recession downturn. My first closing statement showed seller proceeds as “MINUS $92,000” (!!!) which I initially thought was a typo. It wasn’t.

It was a sign of what was to come . . . so I started building my business piece by piece. . .

Nearly two decades later, now as a top producer, I am drawn to give back — to help Realtor colleagues across the country save time and stress as they travel their own paths to success.

Real Estate, Unscripted focuses on integrating the key lessons I’ve learned over the course of my career. I share my mistakes (there have been many) and the corresponding creative solutions (there have been more) so that hopefully other agents can skip the ‘mistake’ part.

With my background in education and the performing arts, I bring these lessons to group seminars and individual coaching sessions that will spark your imagination, embolden your instincts, and provide the practical tools needed to become the Realtor you have always wanted to be.
